The peaceful setting in a small lane was a good retreat, and the staff were friendly, ensuring a cute atmosphere throughout my stay.

The room I stayed in was quite dated, and the air conditioning unit was noisy, difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Everything was simply good. The breakfast included toast, butter, breads, jam, and eggs for everyone. The room was immaculately clean and the view to the nice garden and a hotel pura was amazing. Its location walking distance to pubs and cafes was marvellous and absolutely perfect.

location: the hotel was right by especially the beach, close to the airport for an early morning flight- and the restaurant. there was an attached restaurant nearby.

The hotel does not offer the breakfast service before 7 am even if it is included in the hotel rate. It is not good since many people leave early to go to gili islands. Moreover they applies 3% more for payment with debit card and it is not clearly reported in the hotel booking condition.

I really loved the lush garden area 🌿-it's super pretty! The room was clean but the bathroom had a bit of a smell, which wasn't ideal. Location is great for Kuta nightlife!

15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located ok in the common areas. The services are excellent, including an amazing pool. Moreover, it has great wi-fi, really handy. Would stay here again, because I had a lovely stay and did not want to leave there.

Rooms and bathrooms felt dated, needs a serious clean-up!!! Noisy AC disrupted sleep, toiletries felt subpar too!!! Directions on maps are misleading!!! Simple fixes could greatly enhance the overall experience!!!

The pool was a hit with my kids, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby markets and eateries. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere with a nice break from our busy days out. The value for the price we paid was definitely a highlight.

My children wished the wifi worked better in the room.

The Standard Double room was mostly comfy, but the mattress felt a bit dated, and I could feel the springs 😕 On the upside, the cleanliness was great, and I loved the private balcony overlooking the lovely garden. It really added to the overall vibe. Plus, the location was super convenient for grabbing food and hitting the beach!
